Management Realty Partners is a full service real estate firm.  We have a proven history of successful Property Management and Real Estate Brokerage since 1988.  We have marketed or sold a wide range of properties, including single family homes, apartment buildings and various industrial/commercial properties.  Our leasing service has included apartments, homes, offices, retail and industrial/commercial properties.  We have managed a wide variety of properties from single-family homes to large apartment communities, office buildings, retail strip centers, and homeowner associations.

Mr. Larry Kramer

As President of Management Realty Partners, Larry has extensive experience in property management, residential/commercial sales and leasing.  Larry is a graduate of Bradley University and has worked full time in the real estate field since 1977.  He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Graduate of Realtors Institute of Illinois and has completed the Certified Property Manager designation class requirements.  Larry is a member of the National Assoc. of Realtors, the Illinois Assoc. of Realtors, and Mainstreet Organization of Realtors.
